Titanium plate stocked and they will be drawn the line and cut the plate as fan-shaped, then they will be bended as the mould and weld 2pcs together, clean the face and then make the finished suface.
Seamless titanium elbow
Titanium pipe stocked as large quantity, the size smaller than 4'' could be supplied as seamless one.
