Ti Alloy Forged Flanges
Ti Alloy Forged Flanges introduction：
Ti Alloy Forged Flange is a part made of non-ferrous metal titanium or titanium alloy to connect the pipe and the pipe to each other and connected to the pipe end. Titanium flanges have holes, bolts tightly connect the two flanges. The flanges are sealed with gaskets. Flange fittings refer to fittings with flanges (flange or splices). It can be constructed by screwing or welding.
The flange connection consists of a pair of flanges, a gasket and several bolts and nuts. The gasket is placed between the sealing surfaces of the two flanges. After tightening the nut, the specific pressure on the gasket surface will deform when it reaches a certain value, and fill up the unevenness on the sealing surface to make the connection tight. According to the structure type, there are integral titanium flanges, butt-welded titanium flanges, loopable titanium flanges and threaded titanium flanges.
